Albufeira Big Weekend

Options range from a sightseeing cruise with a drink on arrival to a private boat with a DJ and a bar. On the coast, many trips stop for a swim. Your booking states what is included: drinks, food, music and how long you are on the water. Being on a boat keeps the group together in one place without anyone wandering off, and it gives you the best photographs of the weekend. Bring a layer for the evening breeze and flat shoes for the deck.

A host takes your group through a selection of wines or sparkling wines, explaining each one. Many tastings include cheese or charcuterie, and some take place at a vineyard. It is relaxed and sociable, and suits every age in the group. Non-alcoholic options are available. Tell us when booking.

We book a restaurant that can seat the whole group together, usually on a set menu so ordering is quick and the bill is simple. Private rooms are available in many places. Dinner is often the moment the whole group is in one place, so it is a good time for speeches, a gift for the bride, or a game the group has prepared. Collect dietary needs early. Most restaurants need them a few days before.

Entry is arranged ahead, usually on the club's guest list, so the group arrives together and goes straight in rather than waiting outside in the queue. It is the easy way to finish the night: dinner or a bar crawl first, then on to the club as one group. Clubs set their own dress codes and entry rules. We send the details beforehand so nobody is turned away at the door.
